Welcome to Babe n Baby. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of babenbaby.com (the "Site"), operated by Babe n Baby Wellness Pvt. Ltd. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & descriptions

We take great care to describe and display our products accurately. However, colours, packaging and product imagery on the Site are illustrative and may vary slightly from the item delivered. All products are personal-care items intended for external use as directed.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and offers at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a confirmation.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery where available. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Delivery timelines, shipping charges and our return process are described in full on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these Terms. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our care team.

7. Use of products

Our products are formulated to be gentle and are dermatologically tested. As every child's skin is unique, we recommend a patch test before first use and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs. This information does not constitute medical advice — please consult a pediatrician for any health concerns.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, product images and the "Babe n Baby" name — is the property of Babe n Baby Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Babe n Baby's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Please review this page periodically.
