Orders & Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days for metro cities and 3–7 working days elsewhere in India. You'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel ships.
Shipping is free on all orders over ₹699. For orders below that, a flat ₹49 fee applies. Every parcel is shipped carbon-neutral at no extra charge to you.
Yes. The moment your order ships, we'll email and text you a live tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation email any time and our team will share an update.
At the moment we ship within India only. We're working on international delivery — join our newsletter to be the first to know when it launches.
Products & Safety
Absolutely. Every Babe n Baby product is suitable from day one (0 months+). All formulas are dermatologically tested, pediatrician reviewed, hypoallergenic and pH-balanced for delicate newborn skin. As with any new product, we recommend a small patch test first.
It means at least 98% of each formula's ingredients come from plant or natural mineral sources rather than petrochemicals. The small remaining percentage covers safe, essential components such as gentle preservatives that keep the product stable and free from contamination.
Yes. We never use sulphates (SLS/SLES), parabens, phthalates, synthetic dyes, mineral oil or harsh synthetic fragrance. You can see our full ingredient promise on the Our Promise page.
Our formulas are designed for sensitive, eczema-prone skin and many parents of eczema-prone babies use them happily. That said, every child is different — if your baby has a diagnosed skin condition, we always recommend checking with your pediatrician and doing a patch test first.
Yes to both. No Babe n Baby product or ingredient is ever tested on animals, and our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients.
Returns & Refunds
We offer an easy 30-day return window. If you're not happy with a product — even if it's been opened and tried — contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Email care@babenbaby.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a free pickup and process your refund within 5–7 working days of receiving the item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive your returned item. For COD orders, we'll refund via bank transfer or UPI.
Payments & Account
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across most pin codes. All online payments are secured with 256-bit encryption.
Not at all — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you track orders, save addresses and reorder your favourites faster.
