Every order is carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your parcel is on its way, delivery timelines are typically:
- Metro cities — 2 to 5 working days
- Other cities and towns — 3 to 7 working days
- Remote and rural pin codes — 5 to 10 working days
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified first.
Shipping charges
We keep shipping simple and fair:
- Free shipping on all orders over ₹699
- A flat ₹49 fee applies to orders below ₹699
- Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for ₹99
Every Babe n Baby parcel ships carbon-neutral at no extra cost — we offset the emissions of every delivery through certified climate projects.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email and SMS so you can follow its journey. You can also reply to your order confirmation email at any time and our care team will share a personal update. Orders placed before 2 pm IST are usually processed the same day.
Our 30-day return policy
We want you and your little one to love every product. If you don't, you have a full 30 days from delivery to return it — even if it has been opened and tried. To be eligible:
- The return request is raised within 30 days of delivery
- At least 50% of the product remains (for opened items)
- You have your order number to hand
To start a return, simply email care@babenbaby.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a free pickup from your address — there's no charge to return an item.
Refunds & exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Prefer a different product or size? We're happy to arrange an exchange instead of a refund — just let us know your preference when you raise the return.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item. Your trust matters more to us than a single parcel.
